The LifeStraw filter straw is a water filter that requires no preparation, no replacement parts and no batteries. It is an ultra-lightweight tube that can purify up to 4000 liters of water. This portable filter can be used for drinking :

directly from a water source: stream, lake, river

in a container (glass, bowl)

by screwing it onto most standard bottle necks available on the market.

by connecting it to a gravity water pipe.

In straw mode, this filtration system is very simple to use, just open the base, place the LifeStraw filter in the water and suck through the nozzle.

This filter allows to filter 2,5l/min and eliminates up to 99,9999% of bacteria. It does not eliminate odor or taste but is guaranteed to filter out bacteria and protozoa. Also removes silt, sand and impurities.
