Vaude Hogan SUL XT 2-3P

The Hogan SUL XT 2-3P from Vaude is a very light tent with a mixed tunnel/dome shape. It sleeps 3 with standard mattresses (51 centimetres) or 2 with large mattresses (64 centimetres). It only has an apse, but this is large enough to store all the equipment for 3 people.

For its volume and capacity, it's lightweight and will be appreciated by cyclists with panniers to stow or hikers wanting space for a large dog to sleep.

It's quick and easy to assemble thanks to the interlocking hoop system. Its asymmetrical dome shape and numerous attachment points give it excellent wind resistance, tested at speeds of up to 70 km/h. Its lowered shape at foot level gives more headroom, optimising weight. You can pitch just the bedroom or just the fly with the ground sheet (not included).

The Hogan SUL XT 2-3P has a siliconised nylon fabric with 3 layers on both sides, so you'll stay dry for sure. This also gives the fabric excellent UV reflection and increased tear resistance. Part of the inner fabric is made of mosquito netting to promote ventilation and limit condensation. The vestibule has high-level ventilation to complete the mechanism.
