The Overboot from Swedish brand LillSport is a waterproof, warm and windproof pair of overshoes. They are ideal for use on bivouacs, with bivouac shoes or socks inside. They can also be used on their own, with thick socks. In this case, it is recommended to reinforce the insulation with a wool sole for example.
The upper part is made of a breathable, water-repellent, snow-resistant outer fabric. The lower part consists of an abrasion-resistant and highly flexible sole made of high-tenacity polyamide.
On the inside, a double layer of wool and polyester provides insulation. The large Velcro opening at the front allows the overshoes to be put on very quickly.
