The Koie 7 Tent from Norwegian manufacturer Nortent is a 4-season tent for 7 people. Its capacity is reduced to 4 people if you use the inner chambers (sold separately). It's set up with 2 poles, to form a double pole, giving it a great interior volume, with a height of 185 centimetres.
The 70 denier ARCX-N700 fabric has been developed by Nortent. This silnylon has been siliconised on both sides to make it hard-wearing and waterproof, with a water column of 3000 millimetres. To make the tent completely waterproof, you'll need to waterproof the seams with SeamGrip +SIL. With 22 anchor points and 11 guy ropes, the tent is extremely stable.
The Koie 7 Tent has 3 entrances, a main one in the centre of the tent and 2 smaller ones on the sides. The main door has 2 zips and can be extended with 2 trekking poles. The tent is also well ventilated to avoid the risk of condensation. Two vents at the top let damp air out of the tent, and another at the bottom lets air in, which is essential when using a stove.
For 5.9 kilograms, you get a spacious 4-season shelter that offers multiple layout possibilities with the 2 inner chambers sold separately.
