Waist harness - Shaft and Rope Hauling

• Waist harness for hauling using shafts or ropes.

Rigid Shaft:

• maintains maximum stability horizontally
• allows significant twist, and,
• can be packed easily within the pulk for shipping and storage
• plastic components are either UHMW polyethylene or acetal, rated to below -40C.
• the black acetal cross-bar brackets allow the cross- and side-tubes to twist with respect to one another.

Full Length bag:

• Trail 220 litres

• Fabric: high tenacity, PU proofed Nylon, with heavy duty PVC/polyester base.

• Full length heavy duty YKK zip.

Baseboard:

• only needed for Trail shell
• 6 mm birch ply, treated with linseed oil.

The full Trail Pulk Snowsled includes: 1 Plastic Trail shell + 1 bag + 1 harness +1 shoulder harness + 1 rigid shaft + 1 baseboard

Sizing is taken off a hip circumference, NOT WAIST MEASUREMENT. It is worth bearing in mind that you may be wearing lots of thick bulky clothing/or just thermals/base layers, therefore, it is best to choose a size where the harness fits at the smaller end of the range when wearing just thin layers, leaving plenty of extra room when wearing bulky clothing. If you do not fit into these sizes please contact us and we may be able to make a bespoke size harness.
