The Bikejor Max from Inlandsis is a bar that can be fitted to your bike for safe mountain biking. It prevents the lanyard from getting tangled up in the bike's front wheel. It's quick and easy to install: just attach one part to the steering column (on angle between the top tube of the frame and the down tube) using 2 nuts. Then, when you're out canoeing or mountain biking, simply insert and screw the bar by hand.
The leash is attached to the bike by a lark's head and then passed through the ring at the end of the anodised aluminium bar. This means there can be no contact between the wheel and the leash.
A flexible tube accompanies and dampens the movements that the dog transmits to the bar. When the dog is pulling, the bar is down, whereas when the dog is not pulling, the bar is parallel to the ground.
