The Sleeper Quilt Apex 10D 136G from Ukrainian brand Liteway is a top-quilt for use on a mattress or in a hammock. It is designed for spring or summer temperatures, with a comfort temperature of around 8°C.
Ultralight, it's made from ultra-fine 10-denier nylon fabric with water-repellent treatment. It has a full-length open back and no zipper. Elastic straps secure it to the mattress to prevent cold air from entering from the sides. The quilt can be converted into a large comforter and a poncho for warmth on a bivouac.
Weighing in at 570 grams, the Sleeper Quilt Apex 10D 136G is a minimalist model that takes up limited space and weight in your rucksack. It is lined with American Climashield Apex synthetic fibre, with a grammage of 136 g/m². It withstands harsh conditions, retaining its original shape after multiple uses and guaranteeing warmth even when damp or wet. An elasticated neck cord prevents heat escaping.
The Sleeper Quilt Apex 10D 136G can also be used as a duvet on top of your sleeping bag, for significant temperature savings and to allow bivouacs at lower temperatures.
It comes with a small mesh storage bag, which can be used for storage, transport and as a head mosquito for the night. For better compressibility and to protect it from moisture, we advise you to opt for a waterproof compression bag.
