The opinion of Aventure Nordique

The Cumulus Junior 300 is a true children's sleeping bag, with the same quality of down and fabric as the adult models. It is filled with 500 grams of excellent quality Polish goose down, 850 cuin. Its fabric is a very light Pertex Quantum, 29 g/m², with a DWR finish. Its performance allows it to obtain a comfort temperature of about 5°C (see footnote).

Adapted to the morphology of children, it has smaller dimensions. It is designed for children up to 145 centimeters. A drawstring at the bottom of the sleeping bag allows it to be shortened by about 25 centimeters, so that it is better suited for smaller children.

Additional information	Comes with a compression bag and a mesh storage bag. Sleeping bag can be combined with another Junior model. The European standard EN13537 which allows to evaluate the comfort temperature of a sleeping bag, is not valid for children's models. Being more sensitive to cold, it is normal that the sleeping bag has a greater insulation than an adult model, for the same recommended temperature of use. This takes into account that the child must have pyjamas and it can vary according to his age/corpulence/sensitivity. Be careful and always allow for a safety margin.
